Good to know
The hotel is set by a private lake which means crowd free holiday guaranteed, yay!
A modern elegant decor with impressive chandeliers and freshly cut flowers serves as the perfect backdrop to indulging in the modern Polish cuisine. With the vegetable garden and its own private lake just outside, fresh vegetables and fish are always available. Everything else is locally sourced from farmers and small batch manufacturers including local delicacies of fresh cheese, honey and eggs.
In the summer months there are more dining options including outdoor dining of grilled meat, fish and salads and Spa Bar with healthy snacks, smoothies and refreshing herbal teas.
Sanus Per Aquam means Health Through Water and here it takes inspiration from the waters of the lakes, warm summer rain and Masurian meadows evaporating. The mystery of the healing power of water can be found in the infinity pool, hot tub, dry sauna, steam bath or Kneipp hydrotherapy. The special focus and attention is given to body detox and dedicated programmes are available.
All ages more than welcome.
We must mention there is a helpiad on site, although for anyone not currently owning their private aircraft there is a good old car park available and even public transport links to nearby Ełk (22km). From there onwards taxi or a private transfer can be easily organised.
Holidaying in the Masurian Lake District means there are endless water sports available from sailing, canoeing to paddling or simply swimming into the silken‑surfaced waters.
The nearby Ełk is a charming town with remains of an imposing Teutonic Knights castle dating back to the 14th century, the Railway Museum and retro rides on the Narrow Gouge railway. The Biebrza National Park is an oasis of marshes, wetlands and unique bird species as well as a perfect place to take a long hike.
For anyone interested in venturing further into the Lake District we put together a dedicated Masuria Guide.
